Built for high-ranking officers and their families, the base had it all: apartment blocks, a school, cinema, post office, even a military kindergarten.
Now, it’s a hauntingly empty space full of long corridors, peeling murals, rusted staircases, and echoes of lives once lived behind the Iron Curtain. On this guided tour, you’ll safely explore the abandoned buildings, get access to restricted areas, and learn about the strange mix of secrecy and everyday life that once defined this place.
