1. Scope of Service
NeoScout OÜ offers short, local experiences under the brand Uncharted Travel, including walking tours, cultural activities, and guided excursions: All activities are under 24 hours in duration. We provide no overnight accommodation, intercity transport, or multi-day programs. We do not sell package tours as defined by EU Directive 2015/2302

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Customer cancellations:
- Cancel 30 days or more before the activity start time to receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the activity are non-refundable
NeoScout cancellations:
- We may cancel an activity due to safety concerns, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances
- In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund or may reschedule
6. Changes to Activities
- NeoScout OÜ may make minor changes to activity details (e.g., guide, time, route) due to operational needs
- For major changes, we will notify you in advance; you may cancel with a full refund if you choose
7. Participant Requirements
- Participants must be 18 years or older
- You must bring a valid ID and booking confirmation (digital or printed)
- Any required fitness level, clothing, or equipment is noted in the activity description or booking confirmation
- Group sizes may vary and are specified in the tour listing when relevant
8. Risk & Liability Disclaimer
- Participation is at your own risk
- NeoScout OÜ is not liable for injuries, loss, damage, or accidents, including during physically demanding activities (e.g., cycling, roller skating)
- We strongly recommend you have your own travel or accident insurance, as we do not provide coverage
9. Third-Party Providers
- We work with freelance guides, local venues, and transport providers
- In most cases, NeoScout OÜ acts as an intermediary, while service delivery is handled by the partner
- Sometimes, NeoScout OÜ may directly guide and deliver the activity
- We are not responsible for the independent actions of our partners beyond our reasonable control
10. Force Majeure
NeoScout OÜ is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions
11. Intellectual Property & Website Content
The brand Uncharted Travel and the website www.uncharted-travel.eu, including all subpages and all of their components (design, layout, images, videos, programming code, text, branding elements, etc.), are the intellectual property of NeoScout OÜ.
